The already good balance sheet is even better due to the successful maintenance measures and optical revaluation of the bathroom: the ten-meter jumping tower has been renovated and the swimmer pool has recently been shining in new shine thanks to 450 kilograms of special color.

The lawn has gained attractiveness through tree nursing measures. The existing trees not only ensure valuable shade, but also contributes to the unique character of the outdoor pool. Mayor Jörg Rüddenklau emphasizes the importance of the outdoor pool for city history - after all, it has been an integral part of the community since 1937.

With around 650 season tickets sold, the outdoor pool is at the level of the previous year. Nevertheless, the facility notice the nationwide shortage of skilled workers: Four of seven positions for specialists are currently vacant. In order to maintain operation, the remaining team members work closely with external supporters. An external security service is available on weekends to support the pool team in particular on the lawn.
