On August 9th, 2025 there will be a very special event in picturesque Schlüchtern: The Sextet of Sons of Mannheim will perform a unique piano version of their greatest hits on the Mauerwiese. At 8:30 p.m. the band will take the stage with Florian Sitzmann on the piano and the talented members Dominic Sanz, Karim Amun, Michael Klimas, Giuseppe “Gastone” Porrello and Metaphysics (Rap). In addition to classics such as “And if a song”, “Go from it” and “The world has not seen that yet”, new songs such as “Moral”, “Miracle”, “A million songs” and “Mut” will also be heard.
The Event takes place as part of the Schlüchtern cultural summer, which this year has a varied program. From a cappella to fine art to rock and pop, the range extends to suit every taste. The Mauerwiese becomes the setting for an artistic festival that includes numerous other events.
