HWB honors long-standing tenants: loyalty for up to 70 years!

A very special afternoon was celebrated in Hofheim am Taunus on October 31, 2025. The Hofheimer Wohnungsbau GmbH (HWB) honored long-standing tenants for their loyalty and commitment to the company. This tradition has been maintained since 2014 and has grown in importance with each passing year.

This year, a total of 20 tenants were honored, with ten of them and 14 people taking part in the ceremonial honoring event at the Nord district meeting point. Particularly noteworthy is the longest anniversary, which spans an impressive 65 years. The focus was also placed on tenants who have been living in their apartments for 40, 50 and 60 years.

Honor in a friendly atmosphere

The mayor of Hofheim, Wilhelm Schultze, warmly welcomed the guests of honor and acknowledged the loyalty of the tenants to HWB. On behalf of the HWB management, Norman Diehl expressed his gratitude for the long-standing trust of the tenants. After the ceremonial handover of the certificates, the jubilarians also received an autumnal bouquet of flowers, which gave the occasion an additional personal touch.

The afternoon wasn't just for the honors; The tenants also enjoyed a social gathering with coffee and cake. Stories and experiences were exchanged, creating a warm atmosphere of cohesion and togetherness.

The Hofheimer Wohnungsbau GmbH, founded in 1926, is committed to creating socially responsible living spaces. As a wholly owned subsidiary of the district town of Hofheim am Taunus, HWB employs almost 50 people who take care of everything related to the housing industry, new building development and management.
