Kirschhausen on the road to success: Coach Schmitt praises strong defense!

Something is happening in football in Kirschhausen. SV Kirschhausen is showing upward trends in the B league and is silencing the critics. Coach Sascha Schmitt expressed satisfaction with his team's performance, particularly the solid defense in the goalless draw against ISC Fürth pleasantly surprised some people. “We have taken another step in the right direction,” said Schmitt. The goal until the winter break is clear: collect more points to put the team in a comfortable position.

The next games are already around the corner. The boys meet one after the other against SG Nordheim-Wattenheim, Olympia Lorsch II, Eintracht Bürstadt and finally VfB Lampertheim. However, the coach also has concerns about the deep grass pitch in Wattenheim, which may not be ideal for his team's style of play. From a personnel perspective, however, there are light and shadows: Sebastian Wolf is not available due to vacation, but Mario Helfert can play again after his suspension.

Precipitation and challenges

But there are not only critics to be found in the football village. FSV Zotzenbach urgently needs a win in the upcoming home game against VfR Bürstadt. Chairman Roland Agostin left no doubt that staff absences, such as Jan Hufnagel, Patrick Appelt and Jens Schuster, do not count as excuses. “We have to do everything we can to score points in the coming games,” said Agostin resolutely.
