There is exciting news in Fulda for everyone who is interested in the development in Maberzell. The project-related development plan for the agri-PV systems at Schindgraben is progressing. The city of Fulda has set public participation in accordance with Section 3 (2) of the BauGB for the period from July 10, 2025 to August 11, 2025. Here residents and interested parties can become active and voice their concerns.
What is particularly interesting is that documents such as the development plan, the project and development plan and environmental reports can be viewed within this period. These documents are not only available on the official Fulda website www.machen-fulda-stadt.de available, but can also be viewed at the city's citizens' office during opening hours.
Public participation
Public participation takes place in two stages, as prescribed by the Building Code (BauGB). The first phase, early participation, enables the public to contribute their opinions and ideas as early as the rough planning concept. Care is taken to ensure that all interests are taken into account as far as possible. This preliminary part can take place before the actual design to ensure the most flexible planning possible. After the initial feedback has been collected, the second stage of participation follows: the opportunity to provide comments on the draft of the development plan. This is where suggestions that may not have been sufficiently heard can be re-presented to ensure that all voices are heard.
