Frielendorf, Deutschland - The time has come soon: the HNA YOGASOMMER starts on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The yoga fans: Free yoga is offered in a picturesque backdrop for nine weeks. The organization is located in the hands of Manuela Fritsch and Anna-Katharina Nöll, who launched this popular summer campaign last year.
Frielendorf has established itself as a permanent location for the HNA campaign since 2019 and is the only place in the Altkreis Ziegenhain that is part of this event. In the open air, a colorful mix of mobility and breathing techniques is served, which is suitable for both experienced yogis and beginners. The weekly units take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and are expected to end on August 14, 2025.

Last year, the participants moved to the meadow next to the wellness paradise, while during the pandemic the units were moved to the sports field. The focus is always on a challenging but feasible design of the courses. If you want to participate, you will find parking spaces nearby, and there is the opportunity to leave donations for the organizing yoga teachers: to leave inside.But Frielendorf is not the only place where yoga has a permanent place in the heart of Hesse.
