It will also be hot in Kassel itself: around 36 degrees can be expected here.

Already on Tuesday, August 12th, it will be quite warm with temperatures of a maximum of 34 degrees, while in the southern parts of the state even up to 36 degrees are possible. The nights remain tropical and only drop to a temperature of 18 to 20 degrees - that speaks of a real surge of heat that is triggered.
