It will soon be that time again in Butzbach: the 704th Butzbacher Katharinenmarkt will take place from October 25th to 28th, 2025. The city festival is not only a highlight in the Hessian event calendar, but also attracts numerous visitors to the city, who can look forward to the colorful hustle and bustle on the market square and castle square. The Katharinenmarkt has a lot to offer, especially for families. On Tuesday, October 28th, Family Day will be celebrated with reduced prices at all carousels and stalls. In addition, there will be free rides on all rides for half an hour on the Saturday after the opening. As part of the large junk market, visitors can expect numerous showmen who will give their best over the four days. Shopping is also open on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., so shopping in a festive atmosphere is twice as much fun.
