The big tractor meeting on the Hühnerberg in Bad Orb attracted numerous visitors last weekend, despite the tropical temperatures. The event, which took place under the motto "10th classic car tractor meeting of the classic car tractor friends Bad Orb", was a highlight in the region's event calendar. The Bad Orb gymnastics club, represented by the chairwoman Lara Bangert, organized the event and thanked the many helpers who contributed to the success. The technical relief organization (THW) and the graduation workers were also actively deployed.

Visitors could look forward to an impressive selection of 75 tractors and historical vehicles. In particular, the street train machine from 1941 caused shining eyes with lovers of classic agricultural technology. The visitors were invited to stroll through the huge terrain and to admire the exhibited tractors and old rural machines. A tractor corso even led directly to the city area and conjured up a smile on the faces of the residents and onlookers.

The tractor meeting offered more than just old machines. A hearty trucker breakfast and a morning pint concert of the TV wind orchestra under the direction of Ryszard Soberka provided musical entertainment. The event took place as part of the Bad Orber Köhler Festival, which awarded the event additional flair. The 35 teams with caravans that stayed on the square brought additional life to the event. Lother gertering from Bad Pyrmont was there for the third time and was thrilled with the great atmosphere that the tractor meeting exuded.
