The hot phase of the Rheingau Music Festival is just around the corner! From June 26th to September 5, 2025, a rousing music season awaits us, and there is great news for the arrival. The cooperation between Eswe Verkehr and the Rheingau Music Festival will be revived this year. As reports Rheinmainverlag.de, a shuttlebus traffic on selected concert cakes in Rheingau is offered to enable visitors to travel comfortable and environmentally friendly.

The shuttle buses run from the Wiesbaden main train station, specifically from Busseig D, 70 and 60 minutes before the start of the events. There are also options for conditioning in the Square of German Unity (bus dough B) and at the Kahle Mühle P+R in Wiesbaden-Biebrich. A total of two returns and two return trips are offered on 36 event days, with the exception of some selected concerts in the hospital cellar and in the private garden of Vollrads Castle.

Free pendulum bus service for ticket holders

according to wiesbaden-leben.de can look forward to ticket holders: the pendulum bus service is free of charge and integrated in the combination ticket of the Rhein-Main Verkehrsverbund (RMV). This combination ticket enables visitors to use all means of transport in the RMV tariff area without restriction on the day of the event, whereby only online tickets are excluded.

The program of the festival leaves nothing to be desired. With events in the Eberbach monastery, excellent Cuvéehof concerts at Johannisberg Castle and many other highlights, there is something for every music taste. Especially for the Steinberger round of plaque, which takes place on July 31 and August 1, as well as the concerts on the lake stage at the Vollrads Castle from July 13th to 15th, the shuttle bus is also used.

Important information on arrival

The departure times of the pendulum buses are optimally planned: From the main train station, they start 70 and 60 minutes before the start of the event. Anyone who comes from the place of German unity or the Kahle Mühle P+R stop has 66, 56 or 60, 50 minutes until the event. Visitors should find out more about connection options in order to be able to arrive relaxed.

Another practical information: The RMV combination ticket applies on the day of the event from five hours before the start of the event for the return trip until the end of the day. It should be noted that only the original combination ticket entitles you to drive-copies are invalid.
