TV Wehen invites: Get your sports badge in the Hahn stadium!

Hahn, Deutschland - in Taunusstein the time has finally come again: the TV Wees Obere Aar stadium in Hahn. From July 7th to August 18th, sports enthusiasts have the chance to demonstrate their fitness every Monday. The warm -up exercises start at 7 p.m. and end with the sunset. This is a great opportunity to keep fit and at the same time enjoy sporting activities!

It is particularly gratifying that from July 21, people with disabilities, including endoprosthesis wearers, can also take part in the acceptance. The TV contractions thus set a sign of inclusion and promotes the equal participation of all sporting activities. Participation is open to everyone, which means that you don't even have to be a member of the club to actively participate.

The German sports badge slightly explained

The German Sports Badge (DSA) is not only an honorary sign of the Federal Republic of Germany, but also an incentive for personal fitness. According to the German Disabled Sports Association , the DSA is assigned in three stages: bronze, silver and gold. Over 1 million people take part in this challenge annually, with more than half successfully obtained the award. The requirements include endurance, strength, speed and coordination.

The variety of disciplines is impressive: running, swimming, cycling, shot put, dancing, medicine ball throwing and many more are available. Each participant can choose the discipline that corresponds to its strengths and train them in the Sportschachen-Community
