The last evening sports festival of the season took place in Pfungstadt last Wednesday and offered an impressive setting for the best track and field athletes from Königsteiner LV. The athletes not only shone with exciting competitions, but also with outstanding personal bests. As Taunus Nachrichten reports, it was an evening full of excitement and sporting highlights.
A special highlight was the appearance of Jana Becker, the U20 European champion, who actually managed to break the two-minute sound barrier in the 800-meter run. She finished the season with an impressive time of 1:59.59 minutes and placed herself at the top of the German U20 athletes.

Louis Buschbeck from Kelkheim also caused a stir by improving his old record in the 800 meters by more than a second. His new best time of 1:46.21 minutes puts him in the top three of the German U23s in the 800-meter run. Such performances show that the Königsteiner LV athletes are not only fast, but also extremely motivated.
However, the event was not only a success for the two athletes. The entire competitive situation encouraged many athletes to break their personal records.
