Yoga on the banks of the Werra: Relax and experience mindfulness!

It's almost that time again in Witzenhausen: the popular HNA yoga summer invites you to a weekly break on the banks of the Werra from June 18th. Like the Werra Rundschau reported here, the event will be led by experienced yoga teacher Gaby Parrisius and promises to help participants pause and practice mindfulness in their hectic everyday lives.

From 6:30 p.m. all yoga enthusiasts and those who would like to become yoga enthusiasts can come to the lawn of Chez Nadine. The focus here is on Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and targeted meditation. This practice involves practicing slow movements and consciously experiencing the moment. This not only calms the mind, but also reduces stress in the long term. According to the HNA, the classes will take place until August 17th, with yoga also being offered at other locations in northern Hesse.

The regular participants can breathe a sigh of relief: many of them have been attending the yoga classes for years and appreciate the positive effect on their health, coordination, strength and flexibility. The practice not only strengthens the body, it also promotes the connection between body and mind, which has been proven to lead to less stress. It's best to bring a yoga mat or blanket, a towel and possibly mosquito spray. In the event of bad weather, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event at short notice. An hour of relaxing yoga awaits anyone who wants to treat themselves to a break from everyday life.
