Triathlon-Meldorado on the Edersee: Schumann and Mehrhoff triumph!

The 40th Edersee triathlon in the picturesque holiday region of Edersee and Waldecker Bergland attracts the athletes and brings a breath of fresh air into the triathlon. On June 28, 2025, numerous athletes plunged into the refreshing waves of the Edersee, whose water was invitingly warm at 22.1 degrees. In the open class, Jens Schumann was able to win a brilliant victory and finished the Olympic distance with a strong time of 2: 15.44 hours.
