The 2025/26 football season is just around the corner, and TSV Eintracht Stadtallendorf celebrated the start of training on Sunday morning in the Stadtallendorf sports park. Under the leadership of coach Gino Parson, he welcomed twelve new and five veteran players, including 20 field players and three goalkeepers. What's particularly pleasing for the fans is that the new additions are promising and all come from the region. Among others, Sinan Hinzmann and David Fröhlich from SF BG Marburg, Julian Berninger from KSV Baunatal, Loris Weiss from SC Hanau and Nils Schneider from FC Ederbergland joined the team.
However, one face was missing from the start of training: defender Mahamadou “Mo” Juwara was unable to take part for personal reasons. However, this did not dampen the mood on the pitch, as many fans watched the action eagerly from the sidelines. The enthusiasm gave hope for an exciting season ahead.
First test matches and training camps
The first test match for the Stadtallendorfers is scheduled for Saturday, July 5th. At 2 p.m. the team meets the Sportfreunde Blau-Gelb Marburg. After this first test, the team goes straight on to the training camp in Westmünsterland in order to optimally prepare for the challenges of the Hessenliga.
The start of the season is scheduled for August 2nd, and the team has to play an away game against FSV Fernwald. TSV Eintracht Stadtallendorf finished in the bottom half of the table last season and will have to do everything they can to do better in the new season.
Looking back at last season
Last season it wasn't always easy for the Stadtallendorfers. Their record speaks volumes: In the first round they lost, among others, to RW Walldorf (1:3) and FSV Fernwald (1:3), before they were able to show some bright spots, such as a clear 4:1 win against U. -Flockenbach. But the last few months of the season were stagnant, which raised concerns among the fan base.

The focus now is on taking the positive aspects from last season and further strengthening the team. Coach Gino Parson has already drawn up a clear roadmap for the new season and is optimistic that the new faces in the squad will bring the necessary impetus. The TSV supporters will be following the experiment of the new arrivals with interest.
