SV Melitia Aufenau celebrates new floodlights – pure flunkyball action!

Yesterday, August 15, 2025, SV Melitia Aufenau celebrated the inauguration of its modernized floodlight system. A very special highlight of the celebration was the exciting Flunkyball tournament, which started at 7 p.m. The participation fee of 35 euros per team included all drinks and ensured a sociable atmosphere among the participants. Such events not only strengthen community spirit, but also bring a breath of fresh air into the local sports culture. In this regard, the club is doing everything right to keep the club community active.

The third Heatwave Open Air Festival is on the program today in Bad Soden-Salmünster. From 5 p.m. the festival will invite you to celebrate with a number of artists, including the popular acts Bow'N'Tie, Dessic and Ingo Bergsen. The atmosphere will certainly be great! It is important to note that last entry to the festival is at midnight and minors require permission from a legal guardian. The cash register will definitely be ringing by then.

If you want to take things a little more quietly, you can visit the SpessartLounge in the Spessart Therme Bad Soden-Salmünster this evening. From 5 p.m., guests can expect a cozy atmosphere with cocktails and relaxed lounge music. The stops “Bischofsheim Mitte”, “Alt Bischofsheim” and “Plättenweide” will not be served during this time. However, passengers can switch to the on-demand stop on Rumpenheimer Weg so as not to miss any important connections.
