A very special focus this year is at the cooperation with the Sprengel Museum Hanover, which acts as a partner museum. The initiator of the event, Christian Scheffel, and the curator Carina Plath designed an exciting program that brings art into a harmonious interaction with nature. Incidentally, the first exhibition of the Biennale took place in Bad Homburg in 1997 and the event has now expanded to the surrounding parks.

The art trip offers an expert tour that conveys exciting details about the works of art and the artist: inside. The current Biennale, which takes place for the fourteenth time in 2025, shows a total of 26 artists: inside from eight different countries. The specific locations are the Lennésche Kurpark, the castle park and for the first time the Gustavsgarten. The Biennale enjoys broad support from sponsors and supporters who contribute to the implementation of the project.

The concept of the Biennale is not only important in Hesse - large artificial events also take place nationally, such as the 13th Berlin Biennale for contemporary art, which is constantly attracted to those interested in art from 13 June to the end of August 2025. This Biennale, supported by the federal cultural foundation and inspired by international role models, offers a platform for young artists: inside and addressed relevant sociopolitical topics, embedded in the urban context of Berlin.
