His team -mate Florian Herr also impressed because he ran the 1500 meters of the men in a quick 3: 56.33 minutes, which means the fastest time since 2015. The U20 athletes Tim Julian Ostrominski and Linus Koch could also be satisfied with their times of 4: 20.63 minutes and 4: 22.37 minutes, despite the stress in the Abitur phase.
Not only in Krefeld in Lower Rhine was performed. Felix Ebel ventured to the German indoor championships in Leipzig and fought over 3000 meters at a personal best of 8: 16.46 minutes. Despite an unfortunate drinking behavior at the beginning of the race, which gave him breathing problems during the last 1000 meters, he reached the seventh place from twelve participants. The choice of athlete of the year in Emden, for which EBEL has been nominated. He is also very excited about the challenge in South Africa for a training camp in the coming month.
