Vogelsberg district administration closed on Friday – company outing!
The Vogelsberg district administration will be closed on Friday, June 27th. This brings all administrative operations in Lauterbach and Alsfeld to a standstill. In addition to the administrative locations, this also includes the adult education center and the vehicle registration offices in both cities. The reason for this shutdown is a company outing where the team is planning a day of joint activities to strengthen cohesion and team spirit.
But don't worry, dear citizens! We have made provisions for regulatory matters elsewhere. The branch offices in Freiensteinau, Grebenhain, Schlitz, Mücke and especially in Schotten are ready. Particularly practical: In Schotten, all concerns can be clarified without making an appointment in advance. Just show up and take care of the matter – it can be that easy!
Accessibility and alternatives
If you have urgent questions or concerns, you can also call the federal government number 115. You can reach this until 6 p.m. This means no one is left out in the cold, even if the official doors in Lauterbach and Alsfeld are closed.
If you would like to find out more, please feel free to check out the details on the website Upper Hesse Live as well as the Vogelsberg district read through. Also the website of the Rhine-Palatinate district offers general information for interested citizens.
We wish everyone a relaxing time and hope that the employees can recharge their batteries through this trip. After all, community and teamwork are the pillars of a successful administrative system - and this also benefits you as a citizen!
