Alsfeld, Deutschland - The Geschwister-Scholl School Alsfeld took part in this year's English competition "The Big Challenge" with flying colors and celebrated considerable success. Students of the 5th and 6th pupils have bravely beaten and took impressive places in Hesse as well as throughout Germany. Over 230,000 children from Germany took part in the competition, which recorded numerous participants from nine European countries this year, a total of more than 500,000.
A special pride of the school is Finn Habermehl from class 5D, which emerged as a school winner. He achieved the 23rd place in Hesse and 909th place nationwide.
