Rotenburg experienced an impressive musical performance on June 24, 2025, when the Great Mass in C minor and the Symphony in G minor by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart were performed at the cultural festival in the collegiate church. Under the direction of Eva Gerlach-Kling, the almost hundred-strong choir of the Melsung Musicians' Guild and the Rotenburg Kantorei presented a sound experience that captivated the listeners. The opening with the Symphony in G minor KV 550, which thrilled with a lively tempo and a powerful finale, set high standards for the evening.
