The cabinet was just expanded by 13 cubic meters and received 55 new dioramas that impressively show historical life in small format. This expansion was carried out by Dr. Oskar Schreiber, an estimated tin figure expert, possible, who bequeathed his work of the city of Amelinghausen. The exhibition now extends from antique civilizations to the time of the crusaders and the First World War. The new dioramas are to be admired on the second and third floor of the tin figure cabinet, which has been located in the historical Kemenate, the oldest professional building Eschweges since 2002. Werra-Rundschau reports that at the opening ceremony, among other things, Wilhelm Gebhard and Vice-District Administrator Friedel Lenge were present goods that paid tribute to the city's cultural achievements.
For the many volunteers who participated in the establishment of the new dioramas, the club chairman Bernhard Bakat found warm words of thanks.
