competent advice and support
The range of services offered ranges from the tenant selection to rental contracts to additional cost accounts and neighboring law. The association thought of everything - members can rely on legally competent tips from lawyer Andreas Goschin, who is also the second chairman. It is available for free oral consultations. "This brings security and a good knack in dealing with tenants," adds Ackermann.
But not only personal advice is not neglected. Members also have access to current, landlord -friendly sample letters and contracts contained in the monthly magazine. Membership currently costs 55 euros a year, from the coming year the contribution will increase to 70 euros, but landlords can deduct it as advertising costs.
Notes on tenant findings

The association recommends paying attention to criteria such as a certificate of rental debt, Schufa self-disclosure and personal conversations when selecting. In addition, insurance companies such as home and landowners' liability as well as rent loss insurance for landlords are not to be neglected in order to prevent potential problems.
