Bad Vilbel, Deutschland - Today Bad Vilbel beamed in full splendor: The 62nd Hessentag was ceremoniously opened at 1:42 p.m. in the historic Wasserburg. Hesse's Prime Minister Boris Rhein gave the official starting shot and welcomed an illustrious round of citizens, political guests and guests of honor. The opening was a feast for the senses, not only thanks to the musical performances of the trio "Colorful on stilts" and the band of the castle festival, but also through the thrilling atmosphere that surrounded the city.
