Further training week: Kitas in Maintal show educational highlights!

The training week for educators at the municipal daycare centers in Maintal is just around the corner again. Teams from 14 municipal institutions and daycare workers have dealt intensively with various educational issues. The focus is on experiences and findings from the training week, which took place in the second week of the autumn holidays vorsprung-online.de reported.

Mayor Monika Böttcher emphasizes the importance of this week for the educational quality in the daycare centers. The municipal funds, which have been made available for decades, are essential to enable specialists to receive intensive training as part of a team. Parents are also happy to support the one-week closure of the facilities because everyone knows that we are thinking about the future of our children.

An important exchange

Leon Konstroffer, head of the childcare department, invites everyone interested to exchange ideas about challenging educational topics. The presentation forum will provide a valuable platform to provide information on the different educational focuses of the Maintal institutions. Commitment to educational work is not only strengthened through the exchange between specialists, but also through the wide range of further training offers that are available in Germany.

In particular, the annual program for further training of educators and specialists, which is offered by initiatives such as the Caritas Campus, emphasizes the importance of value-oriented qualifications. Over 400 events across Germany offer a wide range of topics ranging from religious education to inclusion. The aim is to specifically improve the living conditions for children, parents and carers, while also placing emphasis on prevention and personal development caritas-campus.de informed.
