The leasing of a spacious logistics property in Groß-Gerau is in full swing. On July 15, 2025, inTime Express Logistik GmbH, a company from Isernhagen, took over the keys to its new storage facility at Hans-Böckler-Straße 32. With a size of around 3,800 square meters, the property offers plenty of space for the special needs of the company, which has specialized in express and direct shipping as well as the transport of dangerous goods since 1987. Of this, around 2,000 square meters are used as storage space, while 1,500 square meters are used as outdoor storage areas and around 370 square meters as office space.
The location couldn't be better chosen: Located in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt Airport, the new premises of inTime Express Logistik GmbH enables excellent connections and distribution of goods. The landlord, a private owner, was satisfied with the cooperation with the brokerage company MH-Gewerbe-Immobilien, which specializes in commercial real estate in the Rhine-Main region.
