Hessen Mobil takes over 50 new talents: an exciting career start!

In Rotenburg an der Fulda, the ceremonial acquittal of 23 graduates recently took place, who successfully passed their exams in various craft professions at Hessen Mobil. The event, which took place in the company's training and further education center, was led by Heiko Durth, the President of Hesse Mobil. He presented their documents to the newly baked journeyman and, in his speech, emphasized the achievements of the graduates and the importance of this conclusion as a step into a new phase of life. His words were very well received because a successful start of work is crucial for many young people.

Among the 23 graduates are 15 street keepers who are taken over directly by Hessen Mobil. Another trainee has decided to go into the review. It is particularly noteworthy that ten street attendants passed the winter exam in January and are now working full -time at Hessen Mobil. In addition, four specialists for road and traffic technology were acquitted and also taken over to the company. A strong indication of how important well -trained specialists are for the future of infrastructure in Germany.

diverse training offers at Hessen Mobil

But what makes Hessen Mobil special? The company is the largest training employer in Germany for road attendants and specialists for road and traffic technology. According to rumors, the trainees are not only trained here in traditional professions, but also have the opportunity to learn in modern, practical and future -proof training programs. As hessen.de explains, Hessen is investing in modern technology and a needs-oriented training and further education of employees to secure the qualified young professionals.

Currently there are around 150 trainees in various training sections, and in the coming year of training that starts on August 1, 55 new trainees at Hessen Mobil will be welcomed. The company trains in a total of six professions, whereby dual vocational training, in which theory and practice are combined, is very important. In 2019, 54.4% of a year of age started an apprenticeship in Germany, a trend that Hessen supports and drives.

Current challenges in the training

Although the demand for dual vocational training has decreased in recent years, the importance of qualified teachers remains unbroken. Coronapandemia had a significant impact on the training market, especially in 2020. As the BIBB Data Report shows, the number of newly completed training contracts dropped and there were more vacant training positions than before. Therefore, it is all the more important that companies like Hessen are investing in training and accompanying young people in their professional life.

Overall, Hessen Mobil and his trainers have a good hand when it comes to training the next generation of specialists and making fit for the challenges of tomorrow. With a clear commitment to the quality of vocational training and the creation of new training positions, there will always be opportunities in the future to take an exciting career.
