Eurogarant AutoService AG: New board follows in their footsteps!

What an exciting time for Eurogarant AutoService AG! From January 2026, Sebastian Kaiser, who has been the division manager and authorized representative for finance and human resources since 2024, will take over the helm as a new board member. At 46, he brings a breath of fresh air and expertise to a significant area of the company, which has been established in the industry for 28 years. The turnover of over 150 million euros and the around 130 employees speak for themselves - there is good business here.

Kaiser, who will be appointed as the third board member, has already proven himself to be a valuable part of the team in the past. The Supervisory Board emphasizes that Kaiser is being appointed to further expand the company's growth path and address the challenges in the areas of finance and human resources. His responsibility on the board of directors will also be crucial to this.

An overview of the Eurogarant management team

Until June 30, 2026, the board will consist of a total of four members: Sebastian Kaiser, Peter Börner, Guido Kalter and Thorsten Fiedler. The latter plans to retire after more than 24 years in various roles, including as CEO since 2011. Fiedler joined Eurogarant AG on January 1, 2002 and has made a significant contribution to the company's development.

Peter Börner, who joined the board in 2005, recently extended his contract by five years. He brings experience from his previous role as department manager for purchasing, logistics and leasing. Guido Kalter, who has been on the board since January 1, 2018 and is responsible for claims management, sales and international cooperation, also extended his contracts last year.

Competence center in Friedberg

Another important aspect of the corporate strategy is the competence center in Friedberg, Hesse. This was opened in 2014 and is not only used for training, but is also considered economically advantageous. The purchase of the property in 2013 turned out to be extremely favorable for Eurogarant. With a strong management team and committed employees, the company will do everything in its power to secure its market position and efficiently master new challenges.

The Eurogarant team has big plans and the course has been set. The Supervisory Board wishes Sebastian Kaiser every success in his new role and is convinced that he will lead the company into a promising future. The challenges are great, but with a solid foundation and a powerful team, Eurogarant AutoService AG is well prepared.
