TSV Rosenthal has a new board again after turbulent time!
Rosenthal, Deutschland - After an intensive and challenging search, the TSV Rosenthal has finally elected a new board again. In the recent annual general meeting, which was led by election manager Helmut Dersch , the club ventured the new beginning and said goodbye to the two former functions as an "emergency board", Georg Vaupel Manfred Trust .
The new board now consists of five committed members who want to work together for the interests of the association: Jan Heller will take care of communication and public relations, while Nicole Zarges leads communication with the city and the funding. Beate Becker takes over the office of cashier, Friedhelm Trusheim coordinates the sports facilities, and Tim Schlider and Liane Happel are responsible for the project organization.
The challenge of the board election
The election of the board has been a hot iron since March 2024 because the old board did not start to re -election. The support of Uwe Steuber and Florian Krüger from the sports circle was essential for the implementation of the election, and workshops to create job profiles was laid a solid corner for the new team. In a further step, the terms of the new board members were set for a year or two in order to promote regular changes and prevent future bottlenecks.
A reason to joy was also the honor of long -standing members during the meeting. Six club members were honored for their 50-year membership, including Helmut Boucsein and Werner Lauer . Further nine members were honored for 25 years of loyalty, including Kerstin Möscheid and Matthias Winter .
members and their rights
The members of the association had the opportunity to vote as part of the elections. This is not only legally defined, but also anchored in the statutes of the association. A important principle explained in accordance with clubwelt.de
Each member has both an active as well as the statutes permit, a passive right to vote. The transparent and fair choice is crucial to ensure that all voices are heard. The neutrality of the election manager plays a central role here to ensure a smooth process.
The new board has a lot plans - everyone hopes that the fresh ideas and the vigor of the new members will lead the club in a positive direction. With the active support of the club community and the commitment of the helpers in the background, TSV Rosenthal is well positioned for the upcoming challenges.
A quick look into the past: The management of the former board was shaped by reliability for years. Georg Vaupel has been and Manfred Trust since 2011 a load -bearing pillar of the club, and so it is not surprising that both received a lot of recognition during the general meeting.
With the new team at the top, TSV Rosenthal is ready for the next steps in order not only to pursue the sporting goals, but also to strengthen the community and to implement new projects. It remains exciting how the changes will have a positive effect on the club.
